All pieces from the Cachet collections are housed and cared for by our team in our Melbourne storeroom. Once an order is received, it will be processed, prepared for delivery, and dispatched using our trusted delivery partner within 24 weekday hours.
Tracking information
Once our team has prepared your order and booked it for dispatch with our delivery partner, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can stay up-to-date with delivery information.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost will be calculated based on your location at the time of purchase.
Lost or damaged goods
In the unfortunate event that any orders are lost or damaged during the delivery process, please contact us immediately at orders@cachetfurniture.com.au with your order number. We will investigate the situation and endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS
- Our delivery partner will deliver your item directly to your door. For safety reasons, they cannot bring your item into your house, up flights of stairs or via an elevator.
- Our delivery partner cannot remove packaging from your item or remove packaging from your premises.
- Most items come fully assembled, but some may require small items to be attached after delivery. See specific information on the assembly of your item in your order confirmation email.
