Product Lifecycle

Cachet takes the lifecycle of their products seriously by ordering in responsible volumes, passing unsold pieces through to the styling business and donating retired items to local charities.

Product Design

With 20 years of property styling experience, our founder and her team of stylists design and curate beautiful furniture items that consider current trends but prioritise usability and longevity — resulting in pieces for the home that look great for years to come.

Product manufacturing

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products for their homes. Specific locations specialise in different materials and manufacturing processes, so we search locally and globally to identify the best regions for each element.

We only collaborate with the best manufacturers ensuring they work safely and ethically. Our considered procurement process extends to the management of our stock levels, where we ensure that we never order more than we think we will sell.

Product End of Life

Our aim is that all functioning Cachet or Cooper Robinson furniture and interior items are homed.

Small batch collections:
The Cachet range of products is made in small batches and only available for short periods. Any items that don't find their forever homes move on to our property styling business to continue their career in beautifying homes.

Donations to women's refuge:
Supporting women and families escaping domestic violence is a cause close to our hearts.

We offer property styling stock nearing retirement to our charity partner to furnish refuge spaces. Items are carefully chosen in collaboration and are installed by our team to ensure the areas are sanctuaries for those who stay in them.

We sell remaining retired property styling items and donate the proceeds.
