Can I get a refund, return or exchange a product?

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We can offer a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Do your products have a warranty?

All Cachet products are made to the highest quality and come with a one year warranty.

How do I care for my items?

For all upholstered furniture, we recommend Fibreseal for added protection.

Do you source your materials locally?

Where possible, we acquire materials locally, but our priority is to provide the best products for our customers. This goal sometimes means looking further afield.  

  

Can I change or amend my order? 

If you need to change your order, please email us immediately at orders@cachetfurniture.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.

Changes to orders can only be made before dispatch.  

  

Do you have a showroom?  

Not yet, but watch this space! We offer various sampling options for fabric types, and if you sign up to the Cachet Collective, you will be kept up to speed with the latest events, pop-ups, and important information.  

  

What payment options do you have?  

We accept all major credit cards. Payment can also be made via Apple Pay and Gpay.

Do you ship internationally?

International currencies and destinations are not currently available through this site. Interested international parties should contact info@cachetfurniture.com.au

 

Can I pick up my order?

Due to safety requirements at our distribution centre, we are unable to allow customer pick ups.
